Selection Criteria for Advanced Skill Development Training

To ensure that our resources reach the most dedicated and deserving candidates, we follow a meticulous selection process. Below are the details of the eligibility and selection steps:

Candidates with a Bachelor's degree (including final year students)  in one of the following disciplines with minimum of 60% aggregate:

• Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE)
• Electronics and Electrical Engineering (EEE)
• Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering (EIE)

We are looking for students who have demonstrated a commitment to academic excellence in these technical fields.

To qualify for the next stage, candidates must clear a written test designed to evaluate their technical and problem-solving skills. Key details:

• The test covers core subjects relevant to the training program.
• The test is structured to assess both foundational knowledge and aptitude.

Shortlisted candidates will participate in a personal interview. This step is crucial for assessing:
